When it comes to academics, the college has highly qualified and experienced faculty with expertise in various domains. The college follows JNTUA the syllabi on regular basis for all the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes incorporating a number of advanced and emerging industry-oriented topics. As part of choice-based credit system (CBCS), the students have an opportunity to take up a wide range of elective courses including interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary courses. Students are further encouraged to pursue projects to give a vent to their creative and critical thinking.

The Institution MoU with Government General Hospital (KMC), Kurnool. Also The College recognized Under Section 2(f) and 12(b) of UGC act 1956. DrKVSRIP library is a collection of materials, books or media that are accessible for use and not just for display purposes. A library provides physical (hard copies) or digital access (soft copies) materials, and may be a physical location or a virtual space, or both. A library's collection can include printed materials and other physical resources in many formats such as DVD, CD and cassette as well as access to information, Pharmacy or other content held on bibliographic databases.
My six years of journey in KVSP made me a quite good person where I stand now. The college has helped me to mould myself into better personality with positive attitude and to discover professionalism in health care sector. Also, I express my sincere gratitude to all the staff of DrKVSRIP for imparting a quality education and training classes for placements, which helped me to grab the very first opportunity to get placed in MEDI ASSIST. The various training and forums in college helped me in possessing the competitive abilities for my future endeavors.
